Thanks for joining us at our London Climate Action Week Workshop

We hosted a workshop during London Climate Action Week 2026 that brought together leaders from across the lending and commercial real estate sectors to accelerate the future of Property Linked Finance in the UK.

Developed in collaboration with the Green Finance Institute and Addleshaw Goddard, the session reflected our shared commitment to unlocking investment in energy‑efficient, climate‑resilient commercial buildings.

As part of this market‑wide effort, we shared insights from our cross‑industry working group and explored how lenders, investors, and property owners can scale investment into the UK’s commercial real estate transition.

The event brought together professionals across commercial real estate, sustainability, lending, and climate finance for a timely and collaborative discussion.

The handy resources to the right outline the practical steps, policy enablers, and market design needed to scale Property Linked Finance as a tool for the UK’s net zero transition.
