Opening an account or providing feedback

If you’re interested in opening an account with us, or have any questions or feedback – please complete the form below. If you are a current Unity Trust Bank customer, you should never include confidential information such as your account details on this form.

Reduction of opening hours

Delivering exceptionally high levels of customer service is of paramount importance to Unity Trust Bank and we have always prided ourselves on answering calls within 15 seconds, solving 98% of queries first time and opening accounts within 4 days.

However, following an unprecedented increase in new account applications and account requests via email and secure message, combined with a number of our team members being on leave for personal and family illness reasons, customers have unfortunately experienced longer than normal response times.

In order for us to address this issue and respond effectively to outstanding customer queries, our call centre and phone line hours will be reduced from 10.30am to 3.30pm until December 31.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and would like to reassure customers that this is a temporary measure. We look forward to resuming our normal business opening hours of 8.30am to 5pm from Tuesday January 4, 2022.

Please be aware that Unity Trust Bank will be closed on 27, 28 December and 3 January due to Bank Holidays.

You can also pay in cheques at your local NatWest (England and Wales), RBS (Scotland) or Ulster Bank (Northern Ireland) branch with a paying in slip.
