How can we help you?

Delivering high levels of customer service is of paramount importance to Unity Trust Bank. However, the large number of new account applications has led to a higher volume of calls into our call centre and our customers are unfortunately experiencing delays and longer response times than is typical of our service.

In order to allow our customer focused teams to process existing applications and assist with outstanding requests, our call centre is currently open Monday to Friday 9.00am to 4.00pm. Where possible, we encourage our customers to refer to our online tutorials and Internet Banking FAQs.

All calls are monitored and recorded for training purposes. Calls are charged at local rate.

Please note we are unable to provide personal bank accounts.

All deposit cheques should be sent in an envelope along with a pre-printed paying in slip to our one-line FREEPOST address:

Please note that UNITY TRUST BANK must be in capitals as shown, and the address must be on one line.  Cheques are sent directly to our clearing centre to prevent any delay in getting the funds into your account.

You can also pay in cheques at your local NatWest (England and Wales), RBS (Scotland) or Ulster Bank (Northern Ireland) branch with a paying in slip.

FAQ Update your details

We are committed to providing advice and support while we address the long wait times experienced by customers calling our call centre. To enable us to release telephone capacity and assist those with more complex needs, we are asking customers with routine enquiries to view our  tutorials or if you would like to make any changes to your account you will need to do this using our secure messaging facility, through Internet Banking. Please do not email us directly with account change requests as, for security reasons, we cannot facilitate these via email.
