Unity Trust Bank has experienced an unprecedented busy period recently, partly due to the success of our business current account offering and the high volume of new customer applications.

Regrettably, we have a number of customer-facing team members on leave for personal and family illness reasons at the moment and customers are experiencing longer response times than we would expect.

We pride ourselves on providing exceptionally high levels of customer satisfaction, so in order to ensure that the high number of existing applications are processed efficiently, we will temporarily limit processing new account applications between December 1 and 31.

If you would like to open an account, please register your details below and we will get back to you in January.

We apologise for any inconvenience that this may cause and would like to reassure customers that this is a temporary measure and we fully expect to welcome new applications from Tuesday, January 4, 2022.

    Unity T1 Current Account

    • Opening deposit: Minimum £500
    • Interest: No credit interest paid

  • £100k to £2m

    Unity T2 Current Account
