Unity Corporate MultiPay Card

We have partnered with Lloyds Bank to bring you the Unity Corporate MultiPay Card – a charge card for Unity Trust Bank customers

The Unity Corporate MultiPay Card gives your team members the freedom to make day-to-day purchases online and in stores, while keeping your organisation in control of its spending by choosing individual limits for each cardholder.

Please be advised that provision for this facility is subject to approval. For existing customers, we require evidence of 12 months account activity. For new customers, as part of the application process, you will need to provide us with the last 2 years of audited/certified financial accounts. Please include this with your completed application form.

How to apply for the Unity Corporate MultiPay Card

Your organisation’s security is important to us, so there are three forms to complete to apply for the Unity Corporate MultiPay Card. Please follow the steps below to complete the application and ensure you have read the terms and conditions, Key Features Document and fees and charges before applying.

Once complete, please send all forms (Business Application Form, Cardholder Application Form, and Corporate MultiPay Indemnity Agreement) back to us, either by email: BSO@unity.co.uk, or by post: PO Box 7193, Planetary Road, Willenhall, WV1 9DG.

Step 1

Simply download and complete the Business Application Form and assign your Programme Administrator(s). Please refer to the Guidance Notes for information on the role of a Programme Administrator (PA). This sets up the card account for your business.

Step 2

Next, download and complete a Cardholder Application Form for each individual who requires a Unity Corporate MultiPay Card. Please refer to the Guidance Notes and Conditions of Use for further step-by-step support.

Step 3

Download, read and sign the Corporate MultiPay Indemnity Agreement.

To help us to process your application as quickly as possible, please make sure you provide all information requested. To avoid delays, please ensure all forms (Business Application Form, Cardholder Application Form, and Corporate MultiPay Indemnity Agreement) are signed in accordance with your Unity Trust Bank Mandate. The signatures will need to be done in black ink.

Step 4

And finally, send all completed forms to us;

Please do not send the forms to the address on the application forms.

We will check the information you have supplied and that your forms have been signed in pen and in accordance with your bank mandate.

Please also make sure you have read the terms and conditions, Key Features Document and the fees and charges, before applying.

Once our verification process is complete, we will send your documents to Lloyds Bank to set up your account. Lloyds Bank will contact you directly to confirm receipt of your application.

It takes around 15 working days to process applications from receipt of your documents by Unity Trust Bank.
