As a socially minded bank, we’re striving to reduce our carbon footprint. That’s why we’d like to encourage you to switch to online statements, reducing the amount of paper we use.
- View and download your account statements directly from the ‘Statements’ menu within Internet Banking. Statements will be available one working day after your statement date
- View and download your statements in a range of formats to suit your needs including PDF, CSV, MSMoney, Quicken (QIF), Sage or OFX form
- Access up to 2 years’ historic statement information
- Manage email notification alerts to ensure you, or a nominated contact, has up-to-date access to your statements, as required
For your added security, you will be given a unique username and password to access your online statements, please ensure you do not share this with anyone else.
It’s easy to switch to online statements. Simply log on to Internet Banking and select ‘Go paperless’ from the Statements menu.
Internet Banking is a convenient way to help you manage your bank accounts. If you haven’t registered for our Internet Banking service, registration is simple and straightforward.
Please note that switching to online statements means you will no longer receive paper statements.
