Online statements

As a socially minded bank, we’re striving to reduce our carbon footprint. That’s why we’d like to encourage you to switch to online statements, reducing the amount of paper we use.

Benefits:

  • View and download your account statements directly from the ‘Statements’ menu within Internet Banking. Statements will be available one working day after your statement date
  • View and download your statements in a range of formats to suit your needs including PDF, CSV, MSMoney, Quicken (QIF), Sage or OFX form
  • Access up to 2 years’ historic statement information
  • Manage email notification alerts to ensure you, or a nominated contact, has up-to-date access to your statements, as required

For your added security, you will be given a unique username and password to access your online statements, please ensure you do not share this with anyone else.

It’s easy to switch to online statements. Simply log on to Internet Banking and select ‘Go paperless’ from the Statements menu.

Please note that switching to online statements means you will no longer receive paper statements.

Switching made simple

By switching your bank account to Unity you’ll be helping to create a better society.  You’ll also benefit from 24/7 access to your account using our Internet Banking service.

Our free account switcher service makes the process as easy as possible:

  • We’ll close your existing account for you.
  • We contact your existing bank for a list of your Direct Debit and Standing Order payments for the account you’re switching from.
  • You select the accounts you want us to move to us.

How we make a difference

We are a bank established to serve the needs of our customers and enrich society as a whole.  We work with organisations that aim to have a positive impact on society through economic, community or social change.

Our people support charities and communities through our ‘Unity in the Community’ (UitC) programme.  The Unity team is actively involved in volunteering and fundraising events  organised throughout the year.  Good causes are nominated by our people to receive donations.
