Unity rated an ‘Outstanding Employer’ by Best Companies

Yesterday was a special day for Unity, as we celebrate receiving a Two-Star Accreditation for Outstanding levels of employee engagement.

This ranking comes off the back of Unity taking part in the renowned Best Companies employee survey which provides a trusted benchmark and measurement framework for both engagement and performance.

The accreditation represents the highest standard of workplace excellence, recognising organisations that genuinely put their people first.

Colleagues were anonymously surveyed on everything from culture, leadership performance, cohesion, learning and development and of course, wellbeing. With a colleague completion rate of over 90%, we proudly improved or maintained in seven out of eight surveyed categories since December 2025.

Following our fantastic results we also placed in National, Regional, and Sector lists for this year’s Big Reveal, meaning the organisation is officially one of the Best Companies to Work For in 2025!

Together with our people, we celebrated our award-winning culture as each category was announced – achieving some truly amazing results:

• 5th in the top 25 Best Companies to Work for in the Financial Services Sector 2025
• 12th in the top 40 Best Companies to Work for in the West Midlands
• 17th in the top 100 Best Large Companies to Work for 2025 in the UK
