Careers

Unity Trust Bank is the bank you can be proud to work for. We help organisations to prosper and contribute to economic, community and social change. Our lending helps to create and protect jobs, builds homes, and supports the development of community facilities and care provision.

Our employees share this vision. The bank continues to focus on developing an engaged workforce that reflects the customers and communities we serve.

Through volunteering and fundraising opportunities, our people live our core values; enabling, collaborative, inclusive and straightforward, and demonstrate their commitment daily.

We were the first bank to be awarded the real Living Wage employer status, have Investors in People Gold standard, a ‘Disability Confident’ employer and a Fair Tax Mark business.

All of our current vacancies are detailed below. Before applying for a vacancy, please take the time to read through our Privacy Notice to understand how Unity will process your information. The Privacy Notice can be found here.

How we make a difference

We are a bank established to serve the needs of our customers and enrich society as a whole.  We work with organisations that aim to have a positive impact on society through economic, community or social change.

Our people support charities and communities through our ‘Unity in the Community’ (UitC) programme.  The Unity team is actively involved in volunteering and fundraising events  organised throughout the year.  Good causes are nominated by our people to receive donations.
