Service Tariff

For charges on encashment facilities

You can use an encashment facility at your local NatWest (England and Wales), RBS (Scotland) and Ulster Bank (Northern Ireland) branch to withdraw cash. If there is not one of these branches easily accessible to you we can in exceptional circumstances set up an encashment facility at a high street bank of your choice.

To pay in cash or cheques you visit your local NatWest (England and Wales), RBS (Scotland) and Ulster Bank (Northern Ireland) branch with a paying in slip without having to set up a facility.

Whilst we don’t currently charge for setting up these facilities, the Post Office® and other banks may levy a charge for using their counter services. We reserve the right to debit any such charges to your accounts.

If we receive service charges from your nominated branch(es) we will apply an administration fee to cover our costs. You can find details of this in our Service Tariff.

Bank Giro Credit lodged by account holder/ agent (in addition to contents) 20p
Cash paid in, per £100.00 Notes or Coin 20p
Cash withdrawn, per £100.00 Notes or Coin 20p
Cash exchanged, per £100.00 20p
Cheque collected, per item 10p
