We will never sell or disclose your personal information to third parties for marketing activities, although we do use customer management and fulfilment agencies to help us with our own marketing activities.

We may transfer your personal information out of the UK to service providers that carry out certain functions on our behalf. This may involve transferring personal data outside the UK to countries which have laws that do not provide the same level of data protection as the UK law.

When your data is sent to a third party that you have agreed to, the data is also sent in an encrypted format and the third party will use the same levels of encryption and security that we use. Our data processing estate is continually monitored and updated to ensure the level of security meets best industry practice and is in accordance with all the laws, regulations and standards required to protect your personal data.
