Unity named best overall banking provider in charity survey

Unity Trust Bank has been named the best overall banking provider in the Charity Finance Banking Survey 2026.

The annual survey, conducted by Charity Finance magazine, invites charities to share feedback on how well UK banks support the sector and help benchmark how charities’ needs are being met.

Unity’s results included:

  • Best Overall Banking Provider.
  • Best for Relationship Managers – for the second year running.
  • Best for Sector Knowledge – for the second year running.
  • Best for Interest Rates.
  • Second for Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Credentials.
  • Second for Telephone Service.
  • Second for Internet Banking.
  • Second for Branch Services.

These results reflect the strength of Unity’s relationship led approach and specialist understanding of the charity and not-for-profit sector, reinforcing its strong reputation among socially-minded organisations across the UK.
