FSCS Protection Limit Increasing to £120,000

From 1st December 2025, the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) is increasing its deposit protection limit from £85,000 to £120,000 per eligible person.

What this means

• You’ll have higher protection on your money
• The new limit applies to individuals, joint accounts (per person), small businesses, and eligible charities

We’re refreshing our customer information to reflect this change by May 2026. You don’t need to do anything, the new limit will automatically take effect from 1st December 2025.
