Elavon is a payment processing company that provides solutions for accepting payments in-store, online, and over the phone. The general process involves a customer initiating a transaction, which the Elavon system then securely transmits to the relevant banks for authorisation and settlement.

Complete our online form to request referral to Elavon and to discuss the suitability of card payment acceptance in more detail and agree terms. Unity will only make referrals with your consent and upon your request. When customer information is passed to Elavon they also become controllers of this information.

You can speak to Elavon by calling them directly on 0800 917 7995, Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm. You can also ask to be referred to Elavon when speaking to a Unity Trust Bank member of staff. You will be asked to provide a few pieces of information about your business and give your consent to be contacted by Elavon, who will then call you for a conversation on how they can support your business needs with their card payment acceptance services.

You can also submit a request to speak to Elavon via a Unity Trust Bank member of staff. We’ll pass the message on and Elavon will call you for a conversation within the next two business days.
Pricing terms are agreed directly with Elavon and will be dependent on your service needs so will vary accordingly.
If you enter into a merchant services agreement with Elavon then Unity will receive a share of the fees you pay to them.
Funds from card payments will be paid in to your Unity Trust Business Account or Instant Access Savings Account the next business day after payment.
All customers will have access to Elavon Connect, an online platform that gives you quick and easy access to statements, account management tools, product alerts, and more.
You can accept payments from all major card schemes, a selection of which are shown below. You can also let international customers pay in their local currency, while your business earns additional revenue by receiving a share of the currency conversion fee
All major credit and debit cards are accepted including Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diner’s Club, American Express, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay and China Union Pay.
