Support Services Officer – PA & Reception


The role

Primarily responsible for administrative support to the COO and Director of Customer Propositions and Strategic Marketing

Provide support as required for the management of the reception desk at Unity Trust Bank, ensuring correct entry procedures are followed, being mindful of security and health and safety at all times.  Provides support on facilities E.G. stationery/office supplies etc

The person

Essential skills:

  • Extensive experience in a similar role
  • PA/Reception/Secretarial skills, understanding of business governance/FS industry
  • Knowledge of data protection, archiving/records management, health and safety
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Well-developed communication and relationship building
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Aware of cost control techniques
  • Detail-conscious, analytical in reviewing costs and able to reach decisions using commercial judgement
  • Influencing and negotiation skills, able to manage third party suppliers

Desirable: Salesforce administrator
