Changes to the cheque clearing cycle
In common with all banks, we are bringing in a number of changes to improve the quality of information that you can expect on whether a cheque paid into your account has been paid or not.
The Lending Code
We fully subscribe to this voluntary code of practice which is independently monitored by the Lending Standards Board. The code sets standards for Financial Institutions to follow when dealing with their personal, small business and charity customers.
