Administering your cards
The forms below provide you with everything you need to know about the services available to administer your ALTO MasterCard® prepaid cards.
1) Ordering more ALTO cards
If you would like to order more ALTO cards please complete the Summary sheet and the Cardholder request form and send them to ALTO Cardholder Services at the address below.
2) Topping up your employees' ALTO cards
Once you have ordered cards for your employees, you can top these up with more funds on their behalf using the forms belows:

3) Accessing your ALTO cards via the internet
Once you have ordered cards for your employees you can register for online access to your ALTO cards. This will enable you to view balances, transactions and move funds.
4) Unrecognised transactions and lost or stolen cards
If there is a transaction on an ALTO card which is not recognised, you will be required to complete a form so that we can dispute the transaction on the cardholder's behalf. You can download the relevant form on behalf of the cardholder below. Please follow all instructions on the document. Please note that, after an investigation has been carried out, if it is found that the transaction was authorised by the cardholder, an administration charge will be levied for this service.
Disputed transactions - unrecognised and other
If an ALTO card has been reported lost, the cardholder will be required to complete a declaration form which you can download below. Please follow all instructions on the document for completion.

If an ALTO card has been reported stolen, the cardholder will be required to complete a declaration form which you can download below. Please follow all instructions on the document for completion.

5) Cancelling a card
If you would like to cancel an ALTO card please download the form below:
