The terms and conditions below relate to Unity's online customer service satisfaction survey and monthly prize draw.

 

1)  As the survey invites feedback regarding Unity Trust Bank's service, it is only open to customers.

2)  The number of entries which a customer can make is unlimited.

3)  Entries become the property of Unity Trust Bank plc.

4)  There is one monthly prize (a £25 donation to a charity).

5)  The winner will be selected at random on the last working day of every month and no correspondence will be entered into.

6)  All monthly winners will be notified within one week of being selected.

7)  An up to date list of winners will be shown on Unity Trust Bank's website.

8)  Name and organisation to be filled in on the survey, as a means of identifying that the entrant is a customer and therefore eligible to complete the survey.
