An easy way to send us your feedback is to complete our on-line survey. It should take no more than five minutes to answer the questions and we can assure you that your responses are confidential and will only be used for internal analysis - not passed to any third parties.
Every completed survey is entered into a monthly draw and the winner receives a £25 donation to a charity of their choice1.
