Your Feedback

We are always keen to know what you think of us and we value your feedback about every aspect of the service you receive - whether it's a comment about how our customer service team has handled your query or suggestions for improvements to our products.

Our customer service team routinely issues survey postcards with their correspondence and if you receive one of these cards we would encourage you to complete and return it to us.  Every returned card is entered into a monthly draw and the winner receives a £50 donation to a charity of their choice.  Recent winners are shown below:
