We can assure you that this is a genuine request in order to enhance the security checks currently undertaken on your account. 

If you would prefer to call our Banking Operations team with this information, please call on our normal number 0345 140 1000 between our working hours of 8:30am - 5pm and quote your customer name and customer ID as printed on the bottom of the letter.
