How to enter

Please note that entries for the 2011 National Credit Union Awards are now closed.

Guidelines

When completing the application form please ensure you tick the box for the relevant award you wish to enter. Also, if you would like to enter more than one category, please use a separate application form per submission.

Please pay special attention to the following instructions. Failure to follow them will put your entry at a disadvantage.

  • The evidence must not exceed a total of 1,300 words.
  • In the successes box your entry must open with a one-paragraph summary (100 words maximum) of the main reasons why the entry should win an award in that particular category.
  • You can upload any relevant supporting material, such as copies of your annual report, campaign materials, press cuttings etc. with your entry. Please ensure that the filenames of any supporting documents include the name of your entry before you upload them.

Please note that regrettably we are unable to return any supporting material.

Tips on entry

The judges will be looking for examples of outstanding projects, performance and results, backed up by hard evidence of success, and how the credit union has benefited both the company and the not-for-profit organisation that they were working with.

Successful entries will be specific and economical with words.

Given the nature of credit unions, it may be that your entry includes either personal or commercially sensitive information. Unity Trust Bank undertakes to keep all such information confidential, and not to divulge any such data without the prior consent of the winning entrants without the consent of the winning credit union(s).
